Our Story
Auricle began with one simple question:
Why should listening mean disconnecting?
Our founder, Pedro, was born with partial hearing loss and has lived with tinnitus since childhood. He understands what it’s like to miss parts of conversations, to work harder to hear clearly, and to rely on products that weren’t designed with people like him in mind.
As an acoustics engineer, he spent years developing audio products for global companies. But he kept coming back to the same challenge: creating headphones that deliver exceptional sound without isolating people from the moments that matter.
So in 2018, Auricle was born.
After thousands of hours of research, hundreds of prototypes and years of refining our technology, awareONE became our answer.
A different kind of headphone.
One that combines high-fidelity sound, open-ear awareness and a multi-sensory listening experience designed to help people feel more connected, to their music, to the world around them and to every moment in between.
