These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Auricle’s website and the purchase of wireless headphones and related products (“products”) from Auricle, whether you are located in Europe or the United States. By using the website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

3. General Provisions

4. Terms Specific to Europe
A. Legal Guarantee and Returns
– All products sold to consumers in the EU are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. If the product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, you may request a full or partial refund.
– If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless Auricle can prove otherwise.
– Any commercial guarantee or warranty offered by Auricle or the manufacturer is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
B. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
– You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform Auricle within this period.
– Upon withdrawal, you must return the product in its original condition. Auricle will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.
– The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as personalized items or sealed audio products that have been unsealed after delivery.
C. Delivery
– Unless otherwise agreed, products will be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation. If delivery is delayed, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
